Requirements
- Improve Univar’s position within each account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the account.
- Improve and implement the yearly business plan: schedule visits, services, and calls.
- Close sales opportunities and build a reliable pipeline by spotting chances.
- Prospect for new business by conducting sales calls to actively grow the size of the territory.
- Focus on customer retention and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer technical support and consultant services to increase our overall value to the customer.
- Maintain a clear, updated view of your sales pipeline. Use reporting tools as the need arises.
- Set pricing and service levels, maintain and coordinate customer quotations, or provide necessary information for local branches to do so.
- Communicate and collaborate with other teams like, product management, technical staff, and other departments, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, both personal and of your colleagues.
