A Product Manager will coordinate sales activities and product management nationally to contribute to the achievement of the company's sales targets. The position will work closely with key suppliers and internal personnel to support successful long-term growth and implement successful programs that benefit both Univar and our suppliers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a technical field (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Successful experience (minimum 2 years) in sales and/or product management
- Proven technical knowledge in the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers and/or Lubricants (raw chemicals) industry
- Analytical skills to develop strategic, data-driven decisions
- Ability to develop and grow positive relationships with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Procurement, Finance, etc.) and suppliers
- High level of decision-making ability, balancing supplier needs and company objectives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse and significant workloads
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is highly preferred
