Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of clerical experience in a physician’s office, hospital, or insurance company
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Understanding of Managed Care, Medicaid, and Charity Care guidelines
• Detail oriented and strong customer service skills
