We are seeking a Designer to oversee and guide design development, product strategy, and creative execution on behalf of one of the most iconic artists in the world. The ideal candidate will balance creative originality with the ability to refine and elevate existing designs, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of brand alignment, quality, and viability.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating apparel and graphic design expertise.
- 7+ years of experience managing and executing creative projects from ideation to execution within fashion or retail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills — able to articulate ideas clearly to both creative and non-creative audiences.
- Knowledge of product sourcing and production, including cut & sew and custom Product Development.
- Deep understanding of brand differentiation across artists and genres, music fandom and the fan-to-artist connection, and eCommerce trends and best practices that enhance fan engagement.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
