The role involves preparing and processing monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with labor, tax, and social security legislation, and supporting HR and administration processes.
Requirements
- Prepare and process the monthly payroll using the company’s payroll system (ADP)
- Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and social security legislation in Spain.
- Manage employee records (contracts, resignations, vacations, etc.)
- Calculate and process social security contributions and IRPF deductions
- Coordinate with external payroll agencies, advisors, and authorities when necessary
- Support HR and Finance departments with reports and data reconciliations
- Attend to employee queries on payrolls, benefits, and related topics.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection in all payroll processes
