Job Description
Westinghouse is seeking a Spain Payroll Consultant to process payroll for the company's Spanish entities. The role involves preparing data, communicating with payroll providers, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with support from Madrid or Polland.
Requirements
- Prepare inputs for payroll and data delivery.
- Confirm new hires, data changes, and terminations in payroll system.
- Evaluate payroll processing outputs.
- Review payroll reports and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR Ops, HRIS, Benefits, and other teams.
- Monitor payroll calendars.
- Respond to employee tickets and inquiries.
