Cleaner / Porter

University City Housing Company is seeking a professional, organized Cleaner/Porter to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in properties near Bryn Mawr, PA. The Porter/General Laborer will perform daily tasks such as cleaning, trash removal, and light maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to be a team player who can work independently with minor supervision as well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
• Strong levels of communication (both written and spoken English)
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
