Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years related preventative maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Knowledge of safety standards and guidelines (Joint Commission, Manufacturer)
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish, and maintain, effective working relationships with guest, contractors, customers, management, and staff
