Education Coordinator

The Education Coordinator provides essential administrative and programmatic support for five Emergency Medicine subspecialty fellowship programs. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, supporting program operations, and assisting Program Directors in meeting the educational and scholarly needs of fellows.

Requirements

• Manage the administrative and accreditation activities of Emergency Medicine fellowship programs
• Develop working knowledge of ACGME and subspecialty board requirements, policies, and procedures
• Oversee the logistics of ACGME reporting, site visits, and annual program evaluations
• Compile and analyze data for semi-annual and annual reviews
• Support recruitment activities, including ERAS management and interview scheduling
• Maintain program files, credentialing documents, rotation agreements, and alumni records
• Coordinate fellow curricular activities, conferences, and scholarly requirements
