Job Description
This position supports the academic success of low-income and first-generation students at UDM through individualized academic success planning and direct services. The Success Coach II will work with students, connect them with UDM resources, and address their academic, social, and financial needs. They will also be a first responder to at-risk students.
Requirements
- Assist students in transitioning to UDM.
- Develop and implement Academic Success Plans (ASPs).
- Provide academic coaching, mentoring and other direct services.
- Address personal, social, financial, and other non-academic issues.
- Contact students regularly to ensure progress on ASPs.
