Research Technician

We are looking for a Research Technician to join the Rheumatology Research Group to support research focused on skeletal joint biology and arthritis pathology. The successful candidate will provide technical support to group members, order laboratory reagents and maintain laboratory records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification and / or experience with relevant laboratory-based research
• Experience in laboratory techniques such as, molecular biology and tissue culture
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact productively with other team members
• Proactive approach to effective time management and efficiently support the research programme objectives
• Ability and enthusiasm to learn and apply new techniques
