Residence Director

The Residence Director supervises Resident Assistants, coordinates residential programming, and responds to on-call situations. They oversee administrative processes, educate students on community standards, and support the University's retention efforts.

Requirements

• Hires, trains, supervises, and mentors a team of resident assistants
• Identifies, plans, coordinates, and assesses residential programming
• Supports the University's student retention goals
• Educates residents about community standards
• Provides on-call coverage and responds to crisis situations
• Provides effective management to administrative processes
• Attends residence life staff meetings and leads RA staff meetings
• Ensures the University's standards for care of the physical environment
• Serves on university committees and task forces
