Job Description
The Maintenance Engineer III will maintain a safe, efficient, and well-operated property through preventative maintenance and emergency response. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining systems, assisting the Emergency Response Team, and ensuring smooth operations. They will work on day-of guests to ensure great guest experiences.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical background
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience
- Journey-level trade discipline experience
- Personal hand tools
- Volt-Ohm-Meter usage
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Virginia driver’s license
