Customer Service Representative

The Hearing Healthy Solutions division is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to provide excellent patient care. This role involves answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient information in a clinical environment with high volume. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and patient inquiries. This position supports operational efficiency and contributes to patient satisfactions and care quality.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer service environment, preferred medical office experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of GE-Athena practice management software beneficial, but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software beneficial, but not required
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Must be well organized and detail oriented
