Job Description
This student housing Groundskeeper/Porter role is responsible for maintaining common areas, grounds, and amenities. Duties include cleaning, trash removal, landscaping, and maintenance. The role also includes assisting with various tasks from the maintenance supervisor and providing excellent resident service. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
