Job Description
UpClear is a SaaS revenue management software company serving over 80 brands with solutions for Trade Promotion Management, Optimization, and Planning. They are experiencing significant growth and offer competitive benefits. This client success manager role involves providing high-quality support to portfolio clients, contributing to key success KPIs, and ensuring seamless client communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business or IT discipline
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS environment
- 4+ years of CPG experience or interest
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data management skills
- Good understanding of SQL queries
