Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a Director of Capital Markets Structurer to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on executing financing and ABS transactions across their consumer credit products, with a strong emphasis on building new and better financial solutions for customers. The position reports to the Head of Capital Markets Structured Solutions and involves collaborating with various internal and external teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in capital markets, securitization, or structured finance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling
- Proven experience analyzing consumer credit portfolios
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Strong communication skills
