Job Description
Upgrade is seeking an experienced Manager, Capital Markets Structurer to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on executing financing and ABS transactions, working closely with senior leadership and partners to bring innovative structured solutions to the market. The role is based in New York City and reports to the Head of Capital Markets Structured Solutions, involving travel and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in capital markets, securitization, or structured finance
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling
- Proven experience analyzing consumer credit portfolios
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, CFA designation or finance discipline preferred
