Contracts Manager

Upgrade helps customers access affordable and responsible financial products. We're looking for a Contracts Manager to drive commercial contract review and execution, build effective cross-functional working relationships, and help track, manage and report on contract requests and metrics.

Requirements

• Manage the end-to-end contract negotiation process for assigned contracts
• Develop playbooks, checklists, and other contract review processes and procedures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, vendor management, and business teams
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Build trust and manage conflicting demands from multiple business clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
