Job Description
UpGuard is seeking a Manager of Reward & People Operations to build and evolve the global reward strategy, ensure compliance, and drive strategy for global locations. This hands-on role involves design, management, and compliance infrastructure while leveraging data insights to inform business decisions and support a dynamic, fast-growing team of 300 people. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles and experience leading an annual remuneration cycle.
Requirements
