UpGuard is seeking a Vice President of Sales for EMEA to lead the region's growth and scale the sales organization. The role requires a senior commercial leader with experience in scaling B2B SaaS sales organizations, selling multi-product solutions to technical buyers, and building and leading teams in a remote-first environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization in EMEA
- Experience selling multi-product or platform solutions to technical buyers
- Strong background in mid-market sales with deal sizes typically in the $30k to $40k range
- Demonstrated success building and leading teams in a remote-first, globally distributed environment
- Experience working for a non-EMEA headquartered company, ideally US or Australian-based
- Track record of owning a region from a meaningful revenue base and scaling it further
- Coaching mindset and ability to build loyalty, accountability, and high performance
