Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Uphold seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager specializing in the Google ecosystem to lead the end-to-end execution of the Google Stack across both Web and App environments, own the paid flow from initial web click to app installation, and drive the creative lifecycle for YouTube, Display, and UAC. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the Google Stack, is a growth marketer who cares about the landing page, friction in the funnel, and technical accuracy of the tracking, and is data-obsessed with understanding attribution models and incrementality testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with a heavy focus on Web growth and Google Ads
• Proven track record of successfully scaling Search, Pmax, and YouTube campaigns with a clear ROI/ROAS focus
• CRO proficiency in optimizing landing pages and identifying friction points in a user funnel
• Expert-level knowledge of GTM and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Strategic thinking and ability to articulate the why behind a strategy
• Creative eye to distinguish between 'pretty' creative and 'high-converting' creative
• Agency & in-house balance, with experience in both agency and in-house roles
