Customer Success Representative

Upland Software is seeking a Customer Success Representative to represent the Objectif Lune product line. The role will be responsible for accounts in Canada and the USA, engaging with customers to maximize adoption and achieve positive business impact results.

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant customer success/customer service/account management experience
• French speaker
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage and influence customer stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is useful but not essential
