Job Description
Upland Software is seeking a Customer Success Representative to represent the Objectif Lune product line within the Content Lifecycle Automation Business Unit. The role will be remote and involve engaging with customers to maximize adoption of the software and achieve positive business impact results.
Requirements
- Achieve individual performance targets for retention of annual recurring revenue
- Maintain strong communications with customers
- Promote the Company's services and identify customer expansion opportunities
- Closely monitor adoption rates of assigned Accounts
- Update Salesforce with forecasts and status updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Adopt best practice in line with Customer Success methodologies and processes
