Job Description
Upper Canada Child Care is recruiting an Assistant Educator to join their team in Alliston, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational and curriculum requirements are met in compliance with Ministry and organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
- Health assessment and record of immunization
- CPR-C and Standard First Aid certification
- Basic knowledge of the developmental needs of children
- Experience with inquiry/play based program design and implementation
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Physical and emotional stamina to supervise children in various settings
