Job Description
Upper Canada Child Care is recruiting an Assistant Educator to join their team in Newmarket, ON, Canada. The successful candidate will work in a before and after school program, providing a positive learning experience for children. Requirements
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check
- Health assessment and record of immunization
- Up-to-date certification in CPR-C and Standard First Aid
- Basic knowledge of the developmental needs of children
- Experience with inquiry/play based program design and implementation
- Ability to use computer systems and programs, including Dayforce and Storypark
- Physical and emotional stamina to effectively supervise children
