The Inside Sales Manager will drive growth by managing inbound inquiries, supporting distributor partners, and new operator relationships. Responsibilities include managing daily sales activities, building customer relationships, and developing sales materials.
Requirements
- Manage daily inbound and outbound sales activities, including calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and brokers.
- Support field sales team with follow-ups, sampling coordination, and account onboarding.
- Track opportunities and customer interactions using CRM tool.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotional support to customers.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Analyze account activity and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage all event activations, promotional campaigns, virtual tastings, and trade events, including external agency management, budget ownership.
- Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and key metrics.
