Job Description
UPSIDE Foods is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to manage key customer accounts and meet sales and revenue targets for cell culture media, supplements, and process liquids. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, 7+ years of experience, and a strong understanding of biological systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working experience
- BS in biology, biochemistry, engineering or a similar technical degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales to direct/indirect channels
- Sales experience in biotechnology related industries
- Experience related to cell culture systems, including cell culture media, buffers, process liquids, etc.
- Customer-focused
- Proficient negotiation balancing customer needs and business objectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive mindset and sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
