Job Description
Upstox is seeking an Insurance Integration Lead to own the technical roadmap for insurer integrations. This role involves architecting and delivering complex integration frameworks connecting insurers and products to Upstox’s core platform. The position is a hybrid, requiring 5 days in the office and is a mid-level engineering-first role.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of strong engineering experience
- 5+ years in insurance integrations team management
- Hands-on experience working with insurance aggregators or brokers
- Deep expertise in backend technologies like .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, Microservices, REST/SOAP, SQL/PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with API Gateways, RabbitMQ, and microservice orchestration
- Experience leading a small engineering team or project squad
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science
