Job Description
You will work as a Customer Success Manager and be responsible for the holistic support and consulting of important customers and their success. You will also contribute to the optimal use of our software by your customers.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in areas such as HR, Account Management, Customer Service or comparable areas
- Experience in B2B software and an affinity for e-commerce and technology (ideally)
- Strong communication skills
