Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking experienced remote Bookkeepers with strong US experience to provide bookkeeping services to US-based clients. The role involves accurate transaction categorization, account reconciliation, communication with customers, and financial reporting. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus
