Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking experienced Remote Bookkeepers with US experience to provide bookkeeping services to clients based in the United States. The role involves accurate transaction categorization, account reconciliation, and maintaining financial records in compliance with US accounting regulations. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of remote bookkeeping experience with a US-based company (preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with industry software such as Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan (plus).
