Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead their sales development initiatives. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads, building the sales pipeline, and supporting the sales team. The SDR will be responsible for achieving set sales targets and maintaining high levels of prospect engagement. The role is for a remote position based in Mexico.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
