Job Description
Uptalent.io is seeking a full-drive, proactive Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to build 'always‑ready' pipelines, engage passive and active candidates, and streamline hiring processes. The role will involve end-to-end recruitment, strategic talent partnerships, and future team leadership, ultimately laying the foundation for an expanding HR team. This is a fully remote position in Peru.
