Property Maintenance Technician - WEEKLY PAY & FULL-TIME

Property Maintenance Technician responsible for daily upkeep of hotel property, including maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to compose and express thoughts in a clear and understandable way
• Ability to organize oneself and work with limited supervision
• Ability to manage multiple activities in stressful situations
• Working knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment
• Knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance repairs
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Skill and ability to operate hand and power tools
