Job Description
This restaurant group is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage staff, ensure financial compliance, and improve processes for growth. The role involves accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and managing team accountability. They emphasize authenticity, integrity, and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, including audit, journal entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Minimum 2 years accounting supervisory experience
- Experience with streamlining, documenting, and flowcharting accounting procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP and ASC
- Extensive experience with payroll processing, recording, balancing, controls, and taxes
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
