The Manager – Data Management & IT Development provides technical leadership and strategic coordination to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of ULMS’s data and technology environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT systems, data management, or network administration.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience managing IT or data teams.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management.
- Experience with Salesforce, Apricot, Raiser’s Edge, or similar nonprofit CRMs.
- Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and backup/recovery systems.
- Familiarity with help desk, RMM, and endpoint security tools.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
