Job Description
The Vice President of Development and Acquisitions will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, acquisition, and development of properties and developments. This role involves assessing market trends, analyzing land acquisition, and ensuring financial and operational targets are achieved. The VP will be instrumental in planning and managing assets to meet goals.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in land acquisition and development
- 5+ years’ experience in multifamily development
- 5+ years' experience in multifamily apartment development
- Experience in site acquisition, due diligence, permits, and construction
- Understanding of local real estate market and zoning regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
