Job Description
Free People is seeking an Associate Designer for Graphics and Craft to create and execute original artwork for their We the Free and Structured categories. The role involves lead design development, colorways, and collaboration with a design team, with a focus on strong deadline management and tech pack presentation skills. The Associate Designer will work closely with the design director to develop seasonal presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Graphic Design, textiles, fibers, or similar discipline (preferred)
- 3-5 years related industry experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Fresco, NedGraphics, and Office 365
- Enthusiasm for AI platforms for creative exploration
- Proven expertise in graphic, embellishment, and textile design
