Free People is seeking an Associate Embellishment Designer to support the brand's Femme Craft, Embellishment, and Embroidery for the Free People collection. The role focuses on creating original artwork and tech packs for retail and wholesale. Collaboration with design, buying, and product development teams is crucial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design, Surface Design, Fine Art, Illustration, or related experience
• 3+ years related professional experience including Embellishment or Embroidery design
• Creative & Trend Vision, strong sense of fashion trends
• Strong technical embroidery/embellishment understanding
• Proficient computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite
• Soft skills: strong organizational skills, self-starter
• Excellent communication skills
