Job Description
Ursa Major is seeking an Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of avionics systems for space applications. The company focuses on revolutionizing how America and allies access and apply high-performance propulsion, satellites, and launch systems. The role involves developing avionics hardware to interface measurement and control components.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering flight avionics for aircraft, launch vehicles, or other space applications.
- Understanding of analog/digital filtering, mixed-signal circuit design, analysis, and test design.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power, grounding, and general board layout principles.
- Working knowledge of EMI/EMC practices and compliance standards like MIL-461 and DO-160.
- Experience designing safety or mission critical aerospace flight hardware compliant with DO-254.
- Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range.
