Job Description
GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician to provide artificial insemination and breeding program assistance to members and customers, leading to improved profits and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on dairy sales, specifically involving AI services for cows, sales of GENEX products and services, and reproductive expertise to help improve herds.
Requirements
- Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
- Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience in heat detection on large farms
- Aggressive sales and service person with self-motivation
- Proficiency in communication and people skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Computer skills and herd management software ability a plus
