Job Description
GENEX is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician to provide professional Artificial Insemination service and breeding program assistance to members and customers. The role involves selling GENEX products, managing reproduction, and developing new business. The position focuses heavily on dairy (99%) and beef (1%) and requires strong communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
- Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience is preferred
- Aggressive sales and service person with self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Computer skills and experience with herd management software (a plus)
