Job Description
Alta Genetics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead the Southwest region team. The role focuses on driving regional growth, providing exceptional service to existing clients, and recruiting and developing a team of sales and support personnel. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Recruit, lead, coach, develop and retain a team of sales, technical, and service personnel
- Communicate and promote the company to establish brand and market presence
- Develop annual goals, budgets, marketing plans and targets
- Strategic planning, business development and profitability for region
- Strong contribution and engagement in all US Sales meetings
- Planning for and taking corrective actions when gaps are identified within the team
- Regularly report on progress and performance of the region
