Job Description
USFS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Federal Protective Service (FPS) Region 9 District Commanders and Area Commanders. This role focuses on managing office operations, maintaining communication, and supporting the FPS mission. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Perform full range of administrative and secretarial duties.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office.
- Maintain office calendars and manage records.
- Support budget reports and data entry.
