Job Description
USFS is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Federal Protective Service (FPS) Region 9 District Commanders and Area Commanders. This role supports mission-related functions, including managing office operations, communication, and maintaining records. The position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Perform a full range of administrative and secretarial duties.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and teleconferences.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support budget report preparation.
