Job Description
USFS is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support its US Government client in Arlington, VA. The role involves providing administrative support, managing calendars, planning events, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance and fluency in the federal government and military culture.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience with DTS and TMT
- 2 - 5 years of experience working with DoD HQ or Federal HQ staff
- Familiarity with the federal government and military culture
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Office Hours: 0800 to 1700 Monday through Friday
