Job Description
The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts for various professional, technical, scientific, and administrative positions. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of USP's mission and commitment to excellence, as well as 10 years of professional recruiting experience, including leadership and strategic project experience.
Requirements
- Master's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 10 years of professional recruiting experience
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle recruitment experience
- Experience in cold calling, candidate development, and direct sourcing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing techniques
- Advanced ability to understand complex requirements and effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates
