Requirements
- Master's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 6 years as HRBP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated capability to drive outcomes through collaboration and persuasion
