The Claims Training & Performance Consultant - Property will coordinate, develop, and deliver claims procedures and training programs within the Property line of business. This role will serve as a contact and technical resource on claim policies, programs, and processes.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and deliver claims technical and system training programs for current and new employees
- Develop a claims training and delivery strategy to achieve optimal claims performance
- Confer with Director of Claims Process & Learning, LOB leaders, and the Chief Claims Officer to identify claims improvement opportunity trends
- Develop and maintain reference material to support claims specialist performance
- Act as a claims education coordinator for all new claims initiatives
